Universities in Texas being free for people with disabilliti

Yeah, I heard this is true, is it? How about if your moving to Texas and your visually impaired, how about then? Any infrormation regarding this or surrounding this is very much appreciated! <333

Well, when they say free they don't mean free.

The state universities such as university of texas texas a&m, etc. do drop the tuition for visually impaired students and that's a big chunk, but it isn't the whole ball of wax. You have books, supplies, food, lodging, then there's the booze, the drugs, the protection... . You get the point.

Tuition depends on your university and so does everything else well, except the hedonistic addictions, those are always gonna cost an arm and a leg. Anyway, If you're moving to Texas, you must establish residency in the state for twelve consecutive months before you can get tuition waved.
